The name of the post says it all. Who doesn't want to live on Sunset Terrace? The house is close to town..but up two steep hills. oh wait..who WOULDNT want to live on a sunset terrace?

This house is great for the first time home buyer moving from NY. Its in a beautiful area off of Wyoming on a quiet adorable street close to Maplewood Village.
This house has it all for the first timer. Large flat back yard. Its impressive from the outside with the beautiful front porch. Its on a beautiful street and shows larger than it is.
All three bedrooms are a nice size but not big.
Kitchen is updated with a small eat in breakfast bar that seats 3..not large but functional. There is a powder room off the kitchen that is small. It seems more like a bathroom mandatory in a Chinese take out restaurant than a powder room(my comment : change sink) .. but an added bonus since it is the only bathroom on the first floor.
MLS shows this house as having 4 bedrooms but I have to disagree. I don't count a thatched attic space as a bedroom but more of a bonus room..office or den.
